1. You must be on the campus network. If not:
a. Please connect to the VPN if you have a VPN access
b. Log into Citrix by going to citrix.arapahoe.edu and log in with your S# and password.
2. Open the desktop you use in Citrix.
3. Open a browser.
4. Go to: https://cucm-pub.cccs.edu/ucmuser/ and log in with your S# and myACC password.
5. Click on "General Settings" then enter a new PIN and confirm.
