WebEx Teams can be used for messaging, voice calls, and WebEx meeting creation/scheduling between faculty and staffIt can be used as an alternative to your desk phone for making and receiving phone calls (when a call queue is not a requirement - see Jabber and Citrix).
All ACC Staff/Faculty iPads (and iPhones) have WebEx Teams installed. Access only requires a wifi connection and login.
Open the WebEx Teams app on iPad or iPhone. Select Start
Enter your ACC email address
Next, enter: ccc\s number (s0000000) and ACC password
Next, allow use of microphone and allow notifications:
