Accessing ACC email through myACC

To Access your ACC Email through MyACC, follow these instructions:

1. Open any browser and navigate to and click on “myACC”.


2. Enter your employee “S number” and your password for myACC.

      a. Initially the password for myACC is Change your passphrase!

      b. When resetting your password, your new password must be at least 14 characters long, contain a capital letter, a lowercase letter, and a number or a special character (or both if you choose).



3. You should have a Faculty/Staff Email link to access the email associated with your ACC network account.

      a. If the link to the Fac/Staff Email does not work, for any reason, you can access your email login directly by clicking on “Outlook Web Access” in the “Work Tools” box on the Employee Page.

4. You can also navigate to for Outlook Web Access.

5. If you do not have a Fac/Staff Email link at the top of the page, contact Amanda Lewis at Ext. 5624.
