Access email through myACC
Open any browser and navigate to https://www.arapahoe.edu and click on “myACC”.
Enter your employee “S number” and your password for myACC. Initially the password for myACC is your birthdate in the following format, MMDDYY (ex. 010912 for January 9, 2012).
When resetting your password, your new password must be at least 14 characters long, contain a capital letter, a lowercase letter, and a number or a special character (or both if you choose).
You should have a Faculty/Staff Email link to access the email associated with your ACC network account. If the link to the Fac/Staff Email does not work, for any reason, you can access your email login directly by clicking on “Outlook Web Access” in the “Work Tools” box on the Employee Page. If you do not have a Fac/Staff Email link at the top of the page, contact Amanda Lewis at Ext. 5624.
NOTE: The passwords for your ACC network account and myACC are different. The password for your ACC account is what you use to log in to school computers, Outlook Web Access (OWA) and if prompted for an external account password when you click on the Fac/Staff Email link within myACC. If the password associated with your ACC network account is expired, you will have to enter your new password when prompted for your external account password.
We suggest changing your myACC password to match the password for your ACC network account. You can do this by going to myACC and at the login screen, click on “Reset Password.” You will need to know the answer to your security question in order to complete this. The security question is set up when you initially log in to the myACC site and set up your account.
You can also reset your password, if you are already logged in to myACC. Just click on the “Reset My Password” link at the top left side of the page.
